Wow what a find! Absolutely lovely cafe, the food was fantastic and staff very welcoming and friendly. High quality produce with amazing sourdough. I was really impressed by the home made dog treats at the counter and the warm shortbread on the side of my coffee. Little things go along way. I'm a lover of all things homemade and this place impressed me alot. We bought some Sourdough to take away as we couldn't resist 😄 things you love to see! We are from Wrexham and will happily return here for a bite to eat again!

Fantastic place in Buckley, offering great food and a very warm welcome. We loved the little dog treats which were free for our pooches. My BLT was lovely, with home made coleslaw. My daughter had a Tuna sandwich from the kid's menu, a delicious looking hot chocolate and a pana chocolate. Everything was perfect. The staff are all very friendly and professional and the place has a nice chilled atmosphere, with tables and a lounge area. This is my new favourite local breakfast and lunch spot. I have my next meal planned - Eggs Florentine :)

I had such a lovely experience at the Rise.even though I went close to closing time. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, The food is absolutely delicious, and I left with a smile on my face. Looking forward to going back! I highly recommend.

The Rise, located at Bistre Community Centre, Nant Mawr Rd, Buckley, is a cafe and bakery which services the surrounding community with its own produce and also a cafeteria whose menu extends to include a range of breakfasts, sandwiches and light lunches. We bought some focaccia to "examine" at home and were mightily impressed at the authentic flavour.
